Solutions Online aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA on this website and to apply the same standard to the websites and landing pages we build for clients.

• Keyboard-operable navigation, forms and interactive controls.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
• Color contrast checks on text, buttons and interface elements.
• Labelled form fields with clear error and confirmation messaging.
• Responsive layouts that support zoom and larger text sizes.

Accessibility is reviewed when we ship significant site changes, using a combination of automated testing, keyboard walkthroughs and manual review. Issues found are prioritized alongside other defects.

Some third-party embeds — including maps, video players and social widgets — may not fully meet our standard. Where an embed creates a barrier, we provide the same information in an accessible format on request.
